Queens Hotel, Newport (Gwent)

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of location. It's so close to the train station, making it convenient to explore the city easily. The rooms were decent and cozy, although they weren't cleaned as requested. The staff promised to inform the manager about it, but no action was taken. The tours and ticket assistance were a nice touch, and the welcome drink added a pleasant touch to the check-in experience. On the downside, the price seemed a bit high given the cleaning issue.
